Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We may review, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, failed payment, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, technical error, legal restriction, or another legitimate operational reason.

Products and Checkout Charges

We aim to describe products accurately. Minor appearance differences may result from screen settings, lighting, or reasonable manufacturing variation. Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final amount are displayed at checkout. Available payment methods require successful authorization.

Processing and Delivery

Orders normally require 2–4 business days of processing after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during busy periods. Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated partners according to inventory, product location, and destination.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery under our Return Policy. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days after a returned item is received and inspected. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. Cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment starts, and no cancellation fee is charged for an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Product Problems, Promotions, and Errors

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, provide order details and relevant photographs or video. We will review an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution. Promotions may have eligibility rules, expiration dates, product restrictions, or other stated conditions. We may correct genuine pricing, description, inventory, or technical errors and explain the available resolution if an existing order is materially affected.

These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
