What does the store sell?

How long does processing take?

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods.

What is the delivery estimate?

For standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations, transit is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

How much is shipping, and where do orders ship from?

Available methods and charges appear at checkout. Depending on stock, product location, and destination, an order may ship from our facilities or a designated fulfillment partner. The shipping origin can differ from the registered business address.

Will tracking be provided?

Available tracking is normally provided after dispatch by email or the applicable order-tracking method. Carrier events may take time to appear.

What if my package is delayed or missing?

Email us with your order number if tracking has not updated for an extended period or a parcel appears lost. If tracking says “Delivered,” first check the delivery area, mailbox, reception desk, household members, neighbors, and carrier notices.

What is the return window?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact support for instructions before sending an item, and do not send it to the registered address unless instructed.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers are generally responsible for shipping on preference-based returns. For a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed item caused by a product or fulfillment issue, we will provide an appropriate solution without additional costs resulting from that error.

When will I receive a refund?

An approved refund is issued to the original payment method and generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Can I cancel an order?

Request cancellation promptly before fulfillment begins. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts. No cancellation fee applies to an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.
