Return Window and Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. For a standard return, an item should generally be unused and in its original condition, include its original parts and accessories, retain original packaging where reasonably possible, and have valid proof of purchase or identifying order information.

Requesting a Return

Before sending an item, email service@ravqinow.com with the order number, the item, the reason for the request, and photos or video when relevant. Following review and approval, we will provide the applicable return instructions and warehouse address. Do not automatically ship returns to our registered business address.

Return Shipping and Item Problems

For an eligible preference-based return, including a change of mind, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed because of a product or fulfillment issue, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without requiring the customer to bear additional costs caused by that error.

Inspection and Refund Timing

Returned items may be inspected after receipt to confirm eligibility. Eligible approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and generally processed within 5–10 business days after the item has been received and inspected. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its listing. Include the order number and supporting photographs or video where appropriate. We will review the circumstances and provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return arrangement.

Cancellation

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor the request, but cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipment starts. There is no cancellation fee when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
