Processing and Transit

Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Holidays, promotions, or unusually high order volume may extend processing to 5 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time. For standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations, estimated transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Arrival dates are estimates; carrier operations, destination, customs where applicable, weather, and seasonal conditions may affect delivery.

Shipping Charges and Origin

Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout before payment. Depending on inventory, product location, and destination, an order may ship from our facilities or a designated fulfillment partner. Its shipping origin may differ from our registered business address.

Tracking and Delays

After dispatch, available tracking information is normally supplied by email or the applicable order-tracking method. Carrier updates may take time to appear. Missing Packages

If a shipment appears lost, contact us with its order number and available tracking details. When tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find the parcel, first check the mailbox, delivery area, reception desk, household members, neighbors, and any carrier notice. Contact us if it remains missing.

Address Changes and Separate Shipments

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you discover an error, contact us promptly; a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment begins. An order may arrive in multiple parcels because of inventory or product location, with separate tracking details where available.
